Common questions
How do I reset my password?
Email us with the address you sign in with and we'll send you a reset link, usually within a few hours.
How do I delete my account?
Open the iOS app, go to Settings → Delete Account, and confirm twice. This permanently removes your account, and if you are the only owner of your business, your business's bookings, clients, services, and messages.
A customer wants their data deleted.
Email us with the customer's phone number and the business name. We honor verified requests under CCPA, GDPR, and UK GDPR.
Bookings aren't coming through.
Open your booking page (chairfiller.io/your-slug) on a different device and try a test booking. If it fails, email us a screenshot.
Customer didn't get a confirmation text.
Confirmations are sent from your business's own phone number a few minutes after the booking is placed. If a customer tells you they didn't get one, email us with the booking time and their phone number and we'll look into it.
